Rebecca Tanner

Rebecca Tanner is a mother, grandmother, business woman, and missionary.  In 2009 she moved from her home in Texas to work on behalf of Rahab’s Rope’s stateside endeavors in Georgia.  Rahab’s Rope is a 501(c)(3) that exists to give hope and opportunity to women and girls that are at risk or have been forced into the commercial sex trade of India.  Later, Rebecca served Rahab’s Rope as a full-time missionary in India from July 2011 through January 2012.  Her life, professional and missionary experience have prepared her to be the life coach, mentor and accountability partner you or your out-of-control daughter may need.

Rebecca is an active member at Fort Worth Presbyterian Church, facilitator for the Good News Club, a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship, and currently serves on the board of Hope Prison Ministries.

Rebecca’s life verses are Proverbs 24:5, 11 and 12, which state, “A wise man is full of strength, and a man of knowledge enhances his might;” v. 11, “Rescue those who are being taken away to death, hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter;” v. 12, “If you say, ‘Behold, we did not know this,’ does not He who weights the heart perceive it?  Does not he who keeps watch over your soul know it, and will he not repay man according to his work?”  She asks anyone reading this, “Will God not repay you what you have done to help the helpless?”
