Chandler has said many times that he married Barbara because she was the sweetest, kindest, most compassionate woman he’d ever met!  After years of watching her husband mentor the men that have come through the ministry, Barb recently expressed a desire for them to begin helping women in the same way.  Toward this end, she recently became an approved volunteer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and has a desire to become actively involved in the evangelization and discipleship of women in prison and in their aftercare.

It is Barb’s prayer that God will use her gifts of compassion, listening and hospitality to coach and mentor younger women into the women God created them to be.
